Tracking Not Updated?

Sometimes tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update, especially during weekends or holidays.
If your tracking still doesn’t show movement after that, feel free to contact our support team.

Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received your tracking number within the expected timeframe, please check:

  • Your email spam/junk folder

  • That the email you provided is correct

Otherwise, reach out to our support team and we’ll resend it.

Delivery Timeframe

Typical delivery windows:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (may vary by region)
